Abstract

The purpose of the study was to identify the effects of teamwork on employee performance in Family Bank. The objective of the study was to establish the relationship between teamwork and employee performance, to identify the roles of team on employee performance in the company, to examine the effects of teamwork on employee performance and to determine the features of teamwork. The researcher used questionnaires as the research instruments.
