Chapters two contains literature review of which the information is obtained from books and intemet. It entails statement of knowledge in the field and appropriate headlines, previous research, critical appreciation and ends with the summary. Chapter three mainly focuses on the research methodology. In this chapter there is the location ofthe study, sampling, design and population is identified, sample size, sampling procedures,d atac ollection proceduresf,i nally datap resentationa nd analysis. Chapterf our entails data analysisa nd presentation( i.e.) the findings for the organizations understudy. It contains descriptive analysis of the finding and data presentation. Finally chapter five gives the summary of the findings, conclusion and recommendation based on the findings of the study. After conducting the research and evaluating all the facts collected, the author concluded that there is a direct relationship between learning organization and employee performance.
