dc.description.abstractAbstract This paper looks at information Ethics in the North and South. The North for the purpose of this paper represents the developed countries while the South represents developing countries and more so Africa. The author presents in general various views of Information Ethics (IE). She also looks at the development of Information ethics. The author highlights the activities of Information Ethics in Africa Finally issues hindering progress of IE in Africa are highlighted.
